We’re looking for a strategic and operationally strong Director, Web Marketing to lead the vision, execution, and optimization of Barracuda’s global web presence. This role owns the corporate website built on Adobe Experience Manager as a conversion engine and storytelling platform and will build out the strategies for our growing focus on personalization & self-service/automation.
This position plays a pivotal role in accelerating multi-year growth objectives by leveraging our website as a high-performing digital engagement center that supports demand generation, account-based marketing, product adoption, and customer lifecycle engagement.
You’ll lead a high-performing team across web development, project management, localization, and experience design. You’ll partner closely with digital, content, and analytics teams to deliver a high-impact, high-converting experience for buyers, customers, and partners. You’ll also serve as a cross-functional partner to sales, customer success, product marketing, IT, and regional marketing leads—ensuring the web strategy aligns with global go-to-market priorities and company-wide objectives.
What you’ll be working on
  • Own the global strategy and roadmap for Barracuda’s web presence, maximizing our investment in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, UX improvements, and buyer journey mapping
  • Build and execute a web personalization strategy using data and segmentation to drive targeted experiences
  • Co-own and drive SEO performance in close partnership with digital and content teams
  • Manage and mentor a team spanning developers, project management and localization
  • Oversee day-to-day web operations including functionality, tagging, governance, and QA
  • Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and comms teams on web content and design
  • Partner with analytics to define, optimize, and report on web engagement KPIs, and drive towards real-time performance dashboards
What you bring to the role
  • 8–10 years in web marketing or digital experience, with leadership roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success driving personalization, conversion rate optimization, and user journeys
  • Previous experience building an e-commerce site is a plus
  • Strong command of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform
  • Experience managing cross-functional web teams, including technical resources
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States, as this position is open to remote work
