## **Job Description:**Voyant is seeking a hands-on **Director of Backend Engineering** to play a key role in building and evolving our core server platform. This is a highly technical role for a player-coach who will contribute directly to the codebase while serving as the go-to technical leader and mentor for the team.You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to design and deliver scalable, secure backend systems, while helping guide technical decisions and elevate engineering quality across the team.**Location:** Austin, TX (onsite)**Primary Responsibilities:*** **Hands-On Development** – Design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services.
