Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead comprehensive campaign strategies, including ABM, aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and lead acquisition.
  2. Lead the development of strategic business plans, marketing strategies, profitability analysis, and omni-channel proposals and execution plans, with experience in Email Marketing from strategy to activation, targeting customers, products, and services.
  3. Partner with the Managed Sales Team to identify high-value customer segments and build account and marketing activation plans for each strategic account.
  4. Lead the team in developing Sales Force Marketing Cloud Engagement campaigns, focusing on acquisition, growth, and retention strategies to meet revenue and customer goals.
  5. Oversee the team responsible for email and SMS strategy and execution, including communication planning, personalization, A/B testing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring continuous improvement of demand-generation programs.
  6. Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to enhance marketing performance and value.

Competencies and Skills

  • Proven B2B marketing leadership with 10+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, including cloud marketing.
  • Expertise in ABM marketing: successful track record in leading ABM strategies and programs within a B2B SF environment across various segment sizes from Enterprise to SMB.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Technical proficiency with marketing technologies (automation platforms like Salesforce Account Engage, analytics, CRM) and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Innovative mindset with a growth-oriented approach, continuously seeking improvement and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.

The pay range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually, with exact compensation determined by experience, certifications, and location. Rates may vary in different areas due to differing labor costs.
