Job summary

ALTOUR is seeking a senior technology leader to define and drive the automation strategy for our travel fulfillment platform, including mid-office quality control, auto-ticketing, and itinerary delivery.

You will own the fulfillment automation stack, collaborating with Operations, Product, Client Services and Technology teams to deliver scalable, touchless processes that improve efficiency and enhance traveler experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and leading technology strategy for automation initiatives.
• Ability to act as business owner for fulfillment automation platforms across cross-functional teams.
• Track record driving touchless processing and traveler-centric automation.
