Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of internal audit experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of audit principles, methodologies, tools and processes.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical guidance.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the internal audit methodology and related tools.
• Provide advisory support on methodology throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Design, deliver, and communicate audit methodology training across the department.
• Contribute to responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance audit quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor industry standards and regulatory expectations for impact on Internal Audit.
• Collaborate on department-wide initiatives with stakeholders across Internal Audit.
• Manage multiple deliverables in line with team priorities and timelines.
• Participate in training to develop self and peers.
