Job description

Director Attorney, Business Development and Client Services

Join to apply for the Director Attorney, Business Development and Client Services role at Lisinski Law Firm.

This position will lead attorneys supporting our business development and client service teams, focusing on legal support for client intake, updates, and inquiries. The role requires experience with high-volume intake processes, training non-lawyers, and ensuring ethical standards are maintained. The leader must be aligned with our mission to advocate intensely for clients and leverage immigration law expertise to find creative solutions.

As a close partner with Business Development and Operations, the attorney will ensure excellent client service, support staffing needs, and develop efficient processes. This full-time, on-site position can be based at any Lisinski office in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Lead attorney teams supporting client intake and service, ensuring ethical standards and a superior client experience.
  • Manage training, scripts, and resources for non-legal team members.
  • Provide accurate legal information and updates to clients timely.
  • Motivate and align attorney teams with the firm’s mission and approach.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure sufficient legal guidance and staffing.
  • Audit processes and training to maintain legal accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Experience with high-volume client intake processes.
  • Management experience with legal teams.
  • Ability to motivate attorneys and uphold the firm’s mission.
  • Experience developing and training on scripts and processes.
  • Knowledge of immigration law, including humanitarian cases, is a plus.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of ABA-accredited law school.
  • Barred to practice law in a US state or territory.
  • At least 5 years of legal experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel 25%.
