The role emphasizes customer service, data reporting, and adherence to NCAA regulations. Associate degree with four years’ experience or equivalent is required, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and four years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of intercollegiate/sports operations and programming.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of athletic programs and/or operations under minimal supervision.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the operational aspects of a program or facility, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Serve as subject matter expert for operation and represent the unit as needed.
• Gather, input, and report customer-based data and provide improvement recommendations.
