Qualifications

• J.D., active bar membership, and 10+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in consumer protection, marketing regulations, subscription commerce, intellectual property, and privacy.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills for a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing content and advise on subscription commerce, influencer, FDA, and IP matters.
• Lead privacy compliance, support technology and AI governance, and negotiate commercial contracts.
