Carmel Partners , one of the nation's leading specialists in real estate investment management, with expertise in the investment, development, and construction of multi-family real estate, is seeking a Director, Asset Management in our New York Office.
The Director, Asset Management, is responsible for managing the financial performance and business strategy of a property portfolio. The goal is to maximize operations and returns at both the individual asset level and the overall fund / portfolio level. This position involves comparing assets to industry benchmarks and identifying opportunities to exceed them without negatively impacting property operations and competitive position within the submarket. The role requires proactive and independent management of all aspects of assets in the portfolio.
