Job summary

The Director, Destination Technical Lifecycle Management at Carnival Corporation & plc leads strategic oversight and governance of major technical assets across seven private destinations. You will shape tenderboat acquisition, maintenance planning, dry docking strategies, and asset KPI tracking to drive reliability and cost efficiency.

Reporting to the VP of Destination Operations, you will collaborate with asset management, operations, sourcing, and Corporate Brand groups to standardize

Qualifications

• Educated in marine engineering or naval architecture; technical discipline required.
• 10+ year track record in engineering, maritime operations or asset management.
• Ability to plan and communicate with leadership to secure resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenders and other technical assets for private destinations.
• Develop maintenance strategies and PMS; ensure reliability and safe operations.
• Lead adoption and governance of MAST across private destinations.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Brand stakeholders, suppliers, and shipyards.
• Develop dashboards; provide KPIs and updates to leadership.
• Oversee major maintenance availabilities; capture lessons learned.
