Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Director to execute strategy for operational excellence of artist sustainability.
• Develop planning processes, timelines, and opportunities for artists.
• Lead alumni programs including mentorship, financial literacy, wellness, and community development.
• Partner with Advancement to create opportunities and events.
• Manage contracts, invoices, and data collection for tracking impact.
