Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, project management, operational excellence, or large-scale industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in project-based supply chain execution, including planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, project controls, governance.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain operating systems, governance, performance management processes, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, digital business systems, Power BI, data analytics, and performance management tools.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience building organizational capability through workforce development, training, skills assessments, change management, and communications programs.

About the role:

The Director, APX Supply Chain Functional Excellence provides strategic leadership for the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the APX Supply Chain operating system.

You will strengthen execution across APX Supply Chain through standardized processes, effective governance, performance management, digital enablement, organizational capability development, and continuous improvement. Acting as a horizontal integrator across APX Supply Chain functions and projects, the Director translates strategy into practical operating mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, consistency, and execution discipline. You will lead the Functional Excellence organization and establishes the frameworks, tools, processes, and capabilities required to enable APX Supply Chain to execute complex global nuclear projects with predictable performance. The current APX organization design already places several key areas within Functional Excellence. These areas include Business Systems & Tools, W-PRO development, Power BI/data analytics, integration management, procedures and policies, employee development, skills assessment, training, and communications.

You will work a hybrid schedule, and work at the Global Headquarters based in Cranberry, PA. You will report to the Sr. Director, APx Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideally Significant leadership experience in complex Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management or Operational Excellence environments.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation rather than only continuous-improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of project-based Supply Chain execution.
• Experience with ERP/digital transformation and performance-management systems.
• Experience working across global and matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without relying solely on hierarchical authority.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Operational Excellence, or large-scale industrial/project-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, A Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, process standardization, organizational change, and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in project-based supply chain execution, including planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, project controls, and governance.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain operating systems, governance frameworks, performance management processes, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, digital business systems, Power BI, data analytics, and performance management tools.
• Demonstrated success leading global, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience building organizational capability through workforce development, training, skills assessments, change management, and communications programs.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,000 to $180,000 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
