Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking a Director of Annual Giving to build and manage its annual giving program, driving broad-based fundraising revenue across channels and donor segments. The role partners with the Development Ops Manager and the Director of Major Gifts to ensure data integrity, donor tracking, and upgrade pathways across the giving continuum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with a focus on annual giving, direct response, or mid-level programs.
• Experience managing multi-channel annual fund campaigns.
• Strong data literacy; experience with a database manager or development operations.
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT or comparable CRM.
• Strong written communication and donor copy experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual giving program across direct mail, email, digital, phone, and peer-to-peer channels.
• Develop a calendar of campaigns for acquisition, renewal, upgrade, and lapsed-donor recovery.
• Set revenue goals for each giving tier and channel; report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create donor-facing copy, appeals, and stewardship materials.
• Build and manage a mid-level giving program for $2,500–$10,000 donors.
