The Director of Analytics & Reporting is a senior leader and player-coach responsible for executing the analytics strategy through scalable capabilities, disciplined delivery, and measurable business outcomes. This role leads and develops a team of analytics professionals while remaining actively involved in solution design, complex analysis, executive reporting, data product development, and issue resolution. The Director oversees a growing analytics portfolio and establishes the processes, standards, and operating cadence needed to convert business needs into reporting, insights, and analytical solutions. This role partners with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other business functions. Success requires building trust in data, improving the speed and quality of insights, reducing manual processes, and ensuring analytics support business decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field. Equivalent education and experience may be substituted.
Preferred Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data management, project management, process improvement, quality, or related disciplines.

Pay Range: $149,882.00 - $224,823.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
