Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a senior leader to manage the Alternative Energy Portfolio team, guiding credit decisions, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to optimize risk and returns.

You will oversee analysts, coordinate with Collections, Legal and Data Analytics, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while driving process improvements and reporting across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience in Alternative Energy Portfolio, Underwriting, or Asset Management.
• 8+ years banking/finance experience.
• Collection or workout experience.
• Financial statement analysis experience.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of the Alternative Energy Portfolio teams including Credit Analysts, Account Executives and Portfolio Analysts.
• Oversee credit monitoring scorecard and approval authorization levels.
• Develop and document department policies and procedures; ensure periodic reviews and proper risk ratings.
• Collaborate with Collections, Asset Management and Legal on troubled/late accounts and workout strategies.
• Complete Adverse Assets Reports as required.
• Work with Data Analytics to develop portfolio reports monitoring exposures and trends.
• Utilize portfolio and industry data to update credit evaluation metrics.
• Review customer documentation and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate responses to internal/external auditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
