Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Director to own the Asynchronous Instant Rips (AIR) product. You will be accountable for strategy, roadmap, and a significant revenue number, owning P&L, acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

You will drive cross-functional teams across product, inventory, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics, building moments with drops, events, and live ops calendars.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer product, growth, or GM with 3+ years leading teams and owning a P&L.
• Proven track record in live-service consumer products (gaming, betting, or collectibles).
• Experience with live ops: events, drops, seasons and content calendars.
• Strong cohorting, lifecycle marketing, and LTV modeling skills.
• Hands-on performance marketing, CAC to LTV management, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own AIR product strategy and P&L, delivering revenue, retention, and margin targets.
• Define and execute product roadmap with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Build and run a live ops engine with pack launches and events.
• Lead performance marketing and growth for AIR, with CAC/payback targets.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for transparent, responsible mechanics.
• Develop high-performing team; coach and set ownership culture.
• Report performance to senior leadership with data-led insight.
