The role leads forecasting, capacity planning, data products, metrics, and modeling efforts to support unreleased AI technology and high-quality data annotation programs. You will partner with executive leadership, finance, HR, engineering, and program management to forecast demand, size the workforce, and drive annual plans while ensuring timely delivery of annotated

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/Stats/Math/Economics or related field.
• 15+ years in Forecasting, Planning, Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Proficiency with large-scale data analytics for complex problems.
• Production-ready forecasting models experience.
• Ability to condense analyses into actionable takeaways.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual capacity plans across engineering organizations, teams, skills, and geographies.
• Translate business strategy and product priorities into engineering capacity requirements.
• Balance headcount, contractors, vendors, automation, and AI-enabled development.
• Identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks early.
• Drive the annual planning process from strategy to execution targets.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and leadership to align plans.
• Lead a team of data scientists, business analysts and EPMs.
• Understand data and prepare projects for execution with engineering teams.
• Optimize workload distribution for timely, high-quality data annotation.
