We are the creators of several Responsible AI assets, including the Parity Benchmark. Additionally, Paritii has created two pioneer, AI-powered solutions that serve the education and social impact sectors. The firm’s AI development and monetization strategy, presently in its infancy, is seen as a core pillar and lever to accelerate the scaling and growth of the business. It is the expectation that over the next 3 years, the firm’s AI-powered product portfolio will account for more than 60% of revenues.

The founder is looking to entrust the achievement of this goal to a capable individual who has proven product design and management experience, who demonstrates a passion for the work that Paritii does, and who has a vested interest and intrinsic commitment to driving the long term success of the firm and to furthering the realization of its vision.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically-minded Director-AI Transformation with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to advise our CEO & Directorate, and execute critical projects. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and leading high-impact AI transformation initiatives for our clients and internally within our organization.

This role demands a rare blend of strategic acumen , technical insight , and consulting excellence . The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success advising C-suite stakeholders on emerging technologies, ideally honed at a top-tier management consultancy , a strategic leadership role in venture capital, private equity , or as a successful founder/operator with a significant AI or tech exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Leadership: Advise Fortune 1000 and high-growth clients on AI adoption strategies, including capability development, change management, operating model evolution, and long-term innovation roadmaps.
• Go-to-Market Ownership: Lead the strategy, positioning, and execution of a large-scale AI tool development initiative within our organization, coordinating across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Client Transformation: Partner with clients to define, implement, and scale AI initiatives across functions (e.g., operations, customer experience, finance), with a clear focus on ROI and cultural alignment.
• Internal AI Readiness: Help evolve our organization into an AI-native enterprise by contributing to internal training, strategic planning, and tooling strategy.
• Executive Communication: Deliver compelling presentations, whitepapers, and strategic plans to senior internal and client stakeholders with clarity, authority, and insight.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in AI, data science, and digital transformation to continuously refine our advisory approach and client offerings.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital/private equity strategy, or as a founder/operator in the AI or enterprise software space.
• Background at a top-tier consultancy, high-growth tech company, or innovation-focused investment firm strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in advising or leading complex AI transformation or digital strategy engagements.
• Proven experience managing executive-level clients and multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments.

Education:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, PhD or equivalent) preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics) is highly desirable.
