Job summary
LEO A DALY is seeking a Director of Technology and Innovation to advance data, AI, automation, and emerging tech across the firm. You will partner with business, practice, and technology leaders to translate needs into prioritized, scalable solutions that improve project delivery, performance, and client value.
From discovery to pilot, deployment, governance, and value measurement, you will guide initiatives and help strengthen enterprise data and AI capabilities while aligning with standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Progressive experience leading technology, data, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and governance for technology programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology advancement strategy and roadmap aligned with firm goals.
- Provide program leadership for data, analytics, automation, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, delivery plans, and adoption.
- Guide initiatives from discovery to governance and value measurement.
- Promote reusable, standards-aligned solutions within enterprise architecture.
