Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Director of AI Solutions to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows for clients and internal teams. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, from concept through maintenance, and partner with Strategy, Product, Data Engineering, and clients to shape the future of AI at Wpromote.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI work, client-facing responsibilities, and leadership of 1–3 AI professionals in the near term, with a remote-friendly, flexible work

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical approaches for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data teams, and clients.
• Hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise AI systems including orchestration and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and extend Polaris IQ's capabilities.
• Own full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions from concept to maintenance and re-platforming.
• Architect secure integrations with client systems and third-party tools.
• Lead and develop 1–3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers in the near term.
