Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Director of AI Program Management to coordinate AI initiatives across Small Commercial, driving the AI investment roadmap from intake to adoption and performance measurement. The role collaborates with Product, Solaria, US Data Science, Technology, and AI Enablement teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
7+ years of relevant work experience (often 10+).
Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software (SAS, Emblem) expertise.
SQL and data sources understanding.
Knowledge of competitors' pricing strategies and interaction with pricing plans.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the SC Product AI investment roadmap end-to-end, sequenced for maximum business value.
Manage SC Product's AI portfolio with visibility into initiatives, risks and progress; prioritize new ideas.
Drive execution across AI use cases in product delivery, underwriting automation and in-market monitoring.
Serve as SC Product's voice on AI with Solaria, Data Science, Technology and AI Enablement teams.
Coordinate with AI Liaisons to align priorities and ensure consistent execution.
