Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex processes into AI use cases for business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, influence, and partnership skills across matrixed teams

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the SC Product AI investment roadmap end-to-end
• Manage SC Product's AI portfolio with visibility into active initiatives and risks
• Drive execution across AI use cases in product delivery, underwriting automation, and in-market monitoring
• Serve as SC Product's primary voice on AI with cross-functional teams
• Partner with product teams and AI liaisons to align priorities and ensure consistent execution
• Coordinate on risk, privacy, security, and compliance for initiatives
• Engage in Underwriting's AI Council to guide prioritization
• Foster everyday AI adoption and onboarding of new AI tools
