Job summary

AssetWorks Inc. seeks a Director of Platform & Agent Operations to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI platforms and autonomous agents that perform real work across eQuip.

You will direct AI efforts, diagnose drift or failures, and engineer systems enabling multi-step tasks with minimal human input while ensuring governance, observability, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, delivery, customer support, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous AI agent systems and workflows.
• Experience integrating agents with business systems (examples: Monday.com, HubSpot, GitHub, Azure).
• Background in full-stack or platform engineering, MLOps, or production observability for AI systems.
• Experience in regulated or defense environments, including CUI handling and CMMC-aligned practices.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team, or building enablement programs for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous System Design: Architect, build, and operate AI agents and multi-agent workflows with limited or no human direction.
• Directing AI: Task, steer, and supervise AI assistants and agents day to day.
• Fixing AI Processes: Diagnose and remediate failing or drifting AI workflows and on-call posture.
