Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Director of AI-Native Delivery Management to own delivery, commercial outcomes, and risk across a portfolio of fixed-fee and managed-output AI-native engagements.

You will mentor Senior AI-Native Delivery Managers, shape the practice's playbook, and influence hiring criteria and training materials. The role requires deep hands-on delivery experience, strong C-level stakeholder skills, and the ability to drive margins while ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery management with fixed-fee and/or output-based engagements.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent engagements while operating on at least one.
• Working knowledge of agentic/AI-assisted delivery tooling and SDLC / AI factory delivery.
• Hands-on technical depth, capable of contributing to engagement deliverables.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other delivery managers, and contributing to onboarding materials.
• Strong C-level stakeholder management across multiple engagements.
• Commercial acumen with margin ownership on multiple engagements.
• Ownership of the solution on engagements operated, at portfolio scale.
• Frontier-lab certification (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind) is a plus.
• Experience running AI activation/enablement programs.
• Professional-services delivery background or engineering leadership with agentic SDLC experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and delivery of the solution and the commercial outcome for a portfolio of engagements.
• Operate as the AI-Native DM on the most complex or highest-risk engagements.
• Define deliverables and acceptance criteria or SLA definitions for each engagement.
• Mentor Senior AI-Native Delivery Managers on engagements they run.
• Contribute learning and best practices into the delivery playbook.
• Provide input into hiring criteria and interview loops for delivery roles.
• Escalate and resolve delivery risk while backstopping Senior DMs.
• Manage portfolio margins, SLA renegotiation cadence, and change-order discipline.
• Maintain C-level client relationships as the accountable escalation point.
