Job summary

Paramount seeks an experienced Program Director to design, launch, and lead a flagship finance talent program, shaping its curriculum, rotation structure, participant experience, and long-term success metrics across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations.

In collaboration with finance leadership and the SVP of Innovation, you will deliver an AI-forward training track, embed new tools, and drive leadership development while building university partnerships and a strong Paramount

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in finance, business, program management, or HR business partnering.
• Experience building or running rotational programs or leadership development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, accounting, and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Tech-forward mindset with curiosity about AI transforming finance.
• Excellent relationship-management skills with senior executives and new graduates.
• Strong program/project management skills across curriculum, people, and logistics.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end program structure including rotations and objectives.
• Secure rotation placements across FP&A, accounting, treasury, IR, and business unit finance.
• Develop and refine technical finance curriculum; design AI-forward training track.
• Embed AI tools and platforms as the tech landscape evolves.
• Lead leadership development content in partnership with L&D.
• Oversee participant experience: onboarding, transitions, evaluations.
• Mentor and advocate for program participants.
• Facilitate cohort activities and executive speaker series.
• Track performance, address issues with rotation managers.
• Partner with university recruiting for candidate selection and campus events.
• Own program metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budget, vendors, and governance processes.
• Build Paramount's employer brand as a flagship talent pipeline.
