Job summary

Commure seeks an AI & Technology Finance leader to own FP&A, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) and G&A. You will manage OpEx, headcount, and capex, build scalable forecasting processes, and drive AI strategy across finance.

You’ll lead budgeting, reforecasts, and variance analysis, while partnering with executives and technical leaders to optimize capital efficiency in a fast-growing, healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance in a high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with engineering/product and G&A functions.
• Hands-on LLM literacy and AI applications to finance/operations.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with clear narratives.
• Strong communications; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Forge trusted finance partnerships to drive engineering and product decisions.
• Define and drive AI/LLM strategy across finance and G&A functions.
• Own OpEx and headcount for R&D and G&A end-to-end with guardrails.
• Build headcount models and resource envelopes with cross-functional partners.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly updates.
• Manage SaaS spend, vendor rationalization, and cost optimization.
• Develop forecasting processes and scalable data infrastructure.
