About the Director of AI Engineering - Transform Review
This role leads a team responsible for flagship AI products, including Review Center, aiR for Review, and aiR for Privilege. The director will unify architecture and organization, transforming our document review solutions and shaping the future of legal industry AI applications.
Key responsibilities include representing Relativity's AI strategy, building and leading a cross-functional AI team, collaborating across engineering and product teams, prioritizing technical investments, mentoring talent, and advising leadership on innovative technologies. The role also involves developing practices for onboarding engineers and scaling AI capabilities globally.
Minimum qualifications include at least 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, with 3-5 years in leadership, experience in AI product development, and proficiency in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Preferred qualifications encompass experience with modern programming languages, SaaS/cloud environments, and leading geographically distributed teams.
Relativity offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $195,000 to $293,000, based on experience and qualifications.
