You will guide the enterprise-wide evolution of our support operations by leveraging AI, automation, and the ServiceNow platform, redesigning how we deliver support and driving measurable improvements in case resolution, customer experience, and efficiency. Experience leading large-scale service management and transformation programs.
Experience guiding a major enterprise platform roadmap and governance.
Strong understanding of support workflows, case management, and service metrics.

Develop and execute the enterprise roadmap for AI-assisted support.
Guide the ServiceNow platform strategy, operations, upgrades, and reporting.
