Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry impact with increasing responsibility and strategic influence.
• Master's degree or equivalent with proven strategic technical leadership.
• Expertise in AI/ML/DL/NLP and applying these technologies to solve business problems.
• Expertise in Python and Java or C++ guiding scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and implementation of large-scale ML-based solutions across teams.
• Define overarching technical requirements including data strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive cross-team technical discussions and align with product and design leads.
• Stay current with AI industry trends, including LLMs and generative AI, and guide adoption.
• Lead data analysis efforts to identify patterns and inform direction with product.
• Lead the team in adopting Agentic AI development for optimal product impact.
