• Hands-on experience owning end-to-end strategy and execution within a fast-moving technology corporation.
• Experience with agentic development and using agentic software/product development frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine operational processes and unlock self-servicing, speed, transparency, and accuracy for customers.
• Build and lead cross-functional product teams including engineers, designers, strategists and data scientists.
• Drive AI-enabled discovery and rapid experimentation to turn strategy into measurable customer impact.
• Develop and implement PM framework and operating models to scale products across the bank.
