Thomson Reuters is hiring a Director of Product Portfolio Management to lead the end-to-end capital planning, profitability analysis, and portfolio governance across the product organization. You will drive AI-enabled insights, coordinate with Finance and Strategy, and ensure portfolio decisions align with enterprise goals.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, product strategy, or product operations.
• Strong track record of managing processes and building relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, including the synthesis and simplification of complex ideas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred, particularly with financial grounding.
• Understanding how product, engineering, and design work together to place portfolio decisions in context.
• Solid grasp of Thomson Reuters product portfolio and markets including legal, tax, corporates, risk & fraud.
• Financial acumen with ROI, IRR, and NPV to inform investment trade-offs.
• Fluency with AI tools and using AI to accelerate analysis and decisions.

• Lead the annual capital planning cycle end-to-end from guidance to funding decisions.
• Drive product profitability and rationalization with Corporate Finance.
• Own the master product list and portfolio taxonomy; keep stakeholders informed.
