Qualificações

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading significant digital product transformations.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping beautiful, highly usable products — you care deeply about aesthetics, interaction design, and reducing friction.
• Demonstrated success introducing AI-powered products, workflows, copilots, or intelligent automation capabilities.
• Deep expertise in product discovery, customer research, experimentation, and product strategy.
• Experience defining and measuring customer outcomes rather than feature delivery.
