Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Director of Web Product Management for Adobe for Business. You will own the end-to-end enterprise web experience for the Global site and align with senior leaders to showcase the agentic website of the future across business.adobe.com.

You will lead a team of web product leaders, prioritize roadmaps, and drive measurable business impact through data-informed experimentation and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and managing teams in web marketing or digital product leadership.
• Experience collaborating across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with modern web tech stack including CMS, analytics, and work management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, site performance, accessibility and impact on engagement and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in agile or hybrid agile environments.
• Preferred: multi-product enterprise software, deploying AI tools in marketing, content strategy, information architecture, or UX.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the comprehensive B2B web strategy and customer journey with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead and grow a team of web product leaders focused on enterprise web strategy and performance.
• Prioritize enterprise web experience roadmap and deliver requirements to the B2B Web Capabilities org.
• Establish a continuous experimentation program using data-informed insights and testing.
• Develop executive-facing strategic recommendations with web analytics partners.
• Improve enterprise web discoverability with SEO improvements and traffic growth.
• Innovate team operating model with AI agents and automation to accelerate strategy and experience impact.
• Grow site engagement, brand visibility, and customer outcomes.
