Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years leading large global data teams.
• 5+ years in fast-paced SaaS/tech environments.
• Proven financial analysis and tying data to gross margin.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a data roadmap tied to operational efficiency and P&L.
• Build predictive revenue and margin models with cross-functional partners.
• Shift analytics to predictive/prescriptive using AI.
• Lead automated self-serve data sandbox and semantic layers.
• Modernize data quality and governance with automation.
• Mentor analytics team and drive AI-ready skills.
• Oversee OKRs and align roadmaps with data capabilities.
