Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by senior management and executives.
• Oversees the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes.
• Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.
• Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Promotes innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.
