Job summary

Harmony Biosciences seeks a senior leader to drive R&D technology transformation and AI enablement, focusing on process optimization, digital solutions, and AI within clinical, regulatory, safety, and quality workflows.

You will advise R&D leadership, lead cross-functional delivery, manage AI governance, and partner with IT/Data teams while ensuring compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. Hybrid role based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related.
• 10+ years pharma/biotech IT experience.
• 5+ years in business technology partnership, analytics/BI, and AI/automation solutions.
• Proficiency with Veeva systems, AI/ML, NLP, and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Advise R&D leadership on technology improvements.
• Lead process assessments and redesigns.
• Identify and implement AI and automation use cases (e.g., trial analytics, document automation, pharmacovigilance insights).
