• Proven track record delivering measurable commercial or operational impact.
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution amid ambiguity.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and business-case capabilities with metrics.
• Executive presence and clear decision-oriented communication.
• Experience applying agile/OKR-based operating models to improve speed and value.
• Customer-first mindset and interest in AI's impact on work and business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy-to-execution for an accelerator pillar with charter, roadmap, milestones.
• Build and run program operating system with governance and cadence.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to surface pain points and align stakeholders.
• Define success measures and establish a data-driven rhythm.
• Champion rapid experimentation and test-and-learn approaches.
• Develop executive communications and decision briefs for tradeoffs.
• Partner on change management to ensure sustainable adoption.
