Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Director to govern and mature the Health Plan's Agile delivery framework and roadmap execution. You will align strategy with portfolio governance, oversee capacity planning, and drive governance for high-quality, compliant delivery in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include facilitating PI Planning, maintaining dashboards, and coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners to raise maturity and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• CSM or CSP certification or ability to certify within 6 months.
• 10+ years leading strategy execution, agile governance, or program delivery.
• Experience in SAFe or hybrid Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Govern Agile execution across Health Plan initiatives with cadence and alignment to priorities.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and other ceremonies.
• Establish roadmap governance and delivery timelines balancing tech, business, and regulatory needs.
• Optimize organizational capacity and demand by reconciling resources.
• Partner with executives, PMs, and delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness.
• Identify and resolve impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and address risks.
• Provide program-level dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis for visibility.
