Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Director to govern and mature the Health Plan’s Agile delivery framework and roadmap execution. The role ensures alignment between strategy, portfolio governance, and disciplined Agile execution across initiatives.

The position oversees capacity, demand analysis, MVP decomposition, prioritization governance, and implements program ceremonies. It also coaches Agile leaders and drives governance to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• CSM/CSP certified or able to certify within 6 months.
• 10+ years leading strategy, Agile governance, or program delivery.
• Experience leading PI Planning and cross-team ceremonies in SAFe or hybrid.
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, tools, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to align stakeholders.
• Ability to work in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of Agile delivery across Health Plan initiatives.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team ceremonies.
• Establish and maintain roadmap governance and delivery timelines.
• Optimize organizational capacity and manage demand.
• Partner with executives to ensure backlog readiness and alignment.
• Identify and resolve impediments; manage dependencies and risks.
• Provide visibility with dashboards and reporting; drive improvements.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance-driven delivery.
