Director, Aftermarket Product Management

This role involves leading a global team of product managers, driving the strategic direction of the aftermarket portfolio, and developing and executing global aftermarket product strategies aligned with senior leadership. The position reports to the Sr Director, Global Service Strategic Solutions, and offers remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to develop innovative aftermarket products.
  2. Collaborating with global teams to ensure successful development and launch of aftermarket offerings.
  3. Establishing and managing product roadmaps, lifecycle support strategies, and end-of-life planning.
  4. Defining and advocating for product requirements across regions.
  5. Overseeing portfolio performance, including pricing, margin strategies, and corrective actions.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in product commercialization with experience managing end-to-end roadmaps.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and lifecycle management.
  • 8+ years managing teams and leading projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or knowledge of pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, mass spectrometry, and aftermarket business.
