• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven financial and operational management skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Affordable Housing Operations, Multifamily to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee affordable housing operations with a strong focus on compliance, portfolio performance, and day-to-day execution across multifamily communities. The role will partner closely with property management and internal stakeholders to strengthen workflows, improve consistency, and ensure regulatory standards are met. This position will also guide reporting, audits, inspections, and agency reviews while helping drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $127,500 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the portfolio of affordable housing communities for operational and compliance excellence
• Partner with property management to develop and execute compliance playbooks
