Bounteous is seeking a Director, Content Platforms focused on AEM, Adobe Content Supply Chain, and AI in the Adobe space. You will lead pre-sales and delivery, architect solutions, build estimates, and mentor teams across multi-brand programs.

This role blends strategic client leadership with hands-on technical execution, shaping engagement roadmaps from discovery through launch, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise digital and experience technology, with a strong record architecting AEM-centred solutions.
• Proven pre-sales success including winning proposals and estimates.
• Delivery experience leading architecture on AEM programs from discovery through launch.
• Ability to translate client requirements into scope and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of AEM pursuits, from discovery to estimates and client presentations.
• Serve as lead architect on engagements and guide delivery teams through launch.
• Mentor architects and technical leads to grow capabilities.
• Build and present solutions, roadmaps, and technical recommendations.
