Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions within a commerce environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in AEM architecture, cloud implementations, custom development, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AEM solution design, architecture, and development activities.
• Develop and implement reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Build and maintain AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Develop custom Sling Models, OSGi services, Servlets, and workflows.
• Manage AEM authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and replication environments.
• Support AEM as a Cloud Service deployments using Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Review code, mentor developers, and establish development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
