Qualifications

• Ph.D. or master’s degree in physics, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional, culturally diverse teams.
• Minimum of 10 years total leadership with at least 5 years in project/technical leadership.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and executive-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee innovation and development of advanced passive optical components for hyperscale data centers and optical networks.
• Lead strategic roadmaps with Business Technology Directors, Commercial, Market Development and PLM.
• Set direction for technical capability expansion to meet business needs.
• Manage a global directorate of ~100 employees across multiple regions.
• Deliver projects on budget and on time while achieving financial goals.
