The Director, Actuary Group Disability is a senior individual contributor role supporting the growth and profitability of Prudential’s group disability products. This role owns analysis of disability claim experience, develops insights that inform pricing decisions, and advances analytical approaches to understand emerging trends and drivers of results. It requires strong actuarial judgment, collaborative technical work, data-driven storytelling, and analytical leadership to answer complex business problems.
Work arrangement: The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid or virtual and may require on-site presence on a recurring basis as determined by the business and location. Your manager will provide additional details about the expected on-site days.

Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $158,800.00 to $238,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to program rules; awards depend on factors including individual and organizational performance.
