A leading employer benefits provider is seeking an experienced Pricing Actuary to lead their Dental Pricing team. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Dental pricing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven history of managerial experience. This role is remote and offers a competitive salary ranging from $108,501 to $195,900, along with comprehensive employee benefits.

We are excited for the opportunity to bring on an experienced Pricing Actuary to lead our Dental Pricing team. Lincoln is a leading provider of Employer Benefits and Dental is a core component of our product suite. As the Lead of our Dental team, you will be responsible for setting rates and will be a major contributor to the strategic direction of the product.

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincolns total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincolns standard benefits package.
