The Director, Accounts & Strategy will serve as the primary contact and ultimate point of accountability responsible for leading digital and web content vision with the Web & Digital Solution's clients (partners) and cross-departmental EAB teams, from strategy through execution, ensuring connectedness across multiple Web Visibility and Strategy and EAB service offerings.
This role will be focused on best-in-class partnership management, working closely with cross-functional teams; range of work for this role includes managing a variety of digital product offerings including website content strategy, SEO/GEO audits, virtual tour integrations, digital media campaigns, and other web-related projects. The successful candidate will have a solid applicable understanding of how a website functions and attracts traffic, be relentlessly focused on successful outcomes for our partner’s web-related needs, and comfortable in a fast-paced, still-evolving entrepreneurial environment.
This hire may be based in Washington DC or Richmond, VA., and requires regular in-person presence in the office, generally at least two days per week.
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for thisrole is$83,500 - $100,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience, skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on various factors,such as individual andorganizational performance.
