Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience with a top-tier accounting or strategy firm.
• Experience with SEC reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with ASC sections 805, 810, 815, 820, 606, 321, and 323.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting research and operational analysis focused on M&A.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Development for accounting implications.
• Assist in preparation and review of Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K.
