A leading staffing and management consulting firm is seeking a Director, Executive Search in Accounting & Finance to oversee daily accounting operations. You will lead financial reporting, ensure compliance, and develop accounting policies. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting, with supervisory experience, and a CPA certification is preferred. This full-time position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Supervisory responsibilities in previous roles.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Serve as finance lead for business combinations.
• Lead technical accounting matters.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
