Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in technical accounting, M&A, and financial reporting under IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Proven ability to build and scale reporting processes across multiple entities.

• Lead M&A transaction workstreams, including financial due diligence and policy alignment.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and lead implementation across the business.
